References to "AstraZeneca", "Group", "we", "us" and "our" are references to AstraZeneca Pty Ltd and its affiliates. This website is provided by AstraZeneca. We take very seriously the privacy of our website users and the security of their personal information.
The Commonwealth Privacy Act defines 'sensitive information' to include 'health information' which in turn includes personal information about the health or disability of an individual. USE OF WEBSITE

Requests for access must be made in writing to AstraZeneca at the address set out below. AstraZeneca will endeavour to process requests for access within 28 days of receipt of the request in writing. In certain circumstances AstraZeneca is entitled to deny access. If access is denied, reasons for the denial of access will be given in writing.
